Six days of authentic classical Pilates: the full traditional mat sequence every morning, taught with precision and progression so your body learns real control from the inside out. Afternoon sessions are mini-workshops, helping you dive deeper into your practice, giving you the knowledge and tools to continue that depth in your own practice long after the retreat ends.
One private full-day expedition to Isla Mujeres to snorkel and swim alongside whale sharks in open water. You’ll be in the sea with these magnificent, gentle creatures—an intimate, humbling encounter most people only see in documentaries.

Flights are not included
Shuttles are provided on day of arrival and departure within provided time slots
Arrival shuttles departing Cancun airport between 2-6pm will make the welcoming dinner and ceremony at 7pm
Departure shuttles leave the retreat between 10am-1pm; the airport is 1 hour away
Guests arriving or departing outside of listed shuttle times will be responsible for transportation expenses
