  • Afternoon workshops: focused prop sessions that show you exactly how to use your take-home tools to find deeper connection and continue advancing your practice long after you leave. Workshops include:

Pilates Workshops

  • Your feet are the unsung heroes of every step—and your Pilates practice. In this eye-opening workshop, learn why foot health is non-negotiable for balanced, pain-free movement. We'll analyze your gait right on the beach (using footprints in the sand) to spot and correct imbalances that could be holding you back. Then, dive into targeted exercises and techniques to integrate "feet first" awareness into your full Pilates practice. Walk away feeling grounded, aligned, and ready to move with newfound ease—perfect for preventing injuries and boosting overall performance.

  • In a world of constant go-go-go, this workshop is your permission slip to slow down and release. Start with centering breathing exercises that quiet the mind and reset your nervous system. Then, master simple myofascial release techniques using massage balls and other props from your kit to dissolve deep muscle tension. Experience real relief from physical pain, improved mobility, better alignment, and faster recovery—all in one restorative session.     • Flights are not included

    • Shuttles are provided on day of arrival and departure within provided time slots

    • Arrival shuttles departing Cancun airport between 2-6pm will make the welcoming dinner and ceremony at 7pm

    • Departure shuttles leave the retreat between 10am-1pm; the airport is 1 hour away

    • Guests arriving or departing outside of listed shuttle times will be responsible for transportation expenses

    • All meals and snacks are prepared by an onsite chef to any dietary restriction or preference
